Here is a link to the C&NTSA Rules and Guidelines that will apply as from the Summer 2026 season (a PDF file). The changes to come into force are summarised here:
1. In all competitions with a 20-shot component that can be shot as two separate 10-shot cards, then those two cards may be shot on different days.
2. In the competitions not included in that condition (the 10m and 6yd air comps and all the rapid-fire competitions, all cards must be shot on the same day (i.e. the old 2-hour rule is removed).
3. Introduction of a 6-yard Air Rifle Individual competition and a 10m Air Pistol (Supported rest) Team competition.
The Rules document contains rules specific to our competitions as well as changes to some conventional NSRA Rules. Guidelines, such as for packaging and posting cards, are also included. The official and complete conditions of shooting each of our competitions are there too.
